The focus of this 2-month program is to reset the gut by rebalancing the microbiome and get you back to optimal health! This program includes: - An initial consultation (up to 1.5 hours) - 2 follow-up 1:1 sessions (50 min each) - Weekly check-ins throughout the program - Recipes, food lists and other education material - Supplement recommendations specially focused on balancing and healing the gut - Discounts on professional grade supplements I want you to feel like you have as much support as you need throughout the entire program. Detailed meal plans are also an available, add-on option. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any associated charges. Please note: Any appointment canceled less than 24-hours in advance will be billed for that session in full. Rescheduling of appointments less than 24-hours in advance will be assessed a $25 rescheduling fee.
